HOME-GROWN ART PROJECT

We are looking for artists and other creative souls to craft a piece for a community art installation and auction to benefit backyard harvest's growing, gleaning and gathering programs.

Oranges, avocados, tomatoes and corn. This California chapter is blessed with an all season growing climate and plenty of sunshine, enabling it to harvest and collect over 85,000 lbs and 55 varieties of fruits and vegetables in only 20 months. This abundance is distributed to local families, children and seniors who are in crisis or need through the Unity Shoppe's free grocery store.
