The Home-Grown Art Project combines all of the things that makes Backyard Harvest so special—fresh, locally-grown fruits and veggies; talented neighbors who are willing to share their gifts; and last, but not least, big, fun parties with live music and great food.

A selection of the art donated this year is now on display at the Bank Left Gallery in Palouse until August 19th. These pieces will then be included in a silent auction at our Annual Harvest Celebration on August 21, with all proceeds benefitting Backyard Harvest's programs.

Now that summer is here, our area gardens are really starting to produce—with over 10,000 lbs of fresh fruits and veggies making their way to families and seniors in need across the Palouse. Here are the communities that are receiving our fresh produce:

Moscow | Pullman | Troy | Kendrick | Deary | Lewiston | Garfield | Palouse | Uniontown | Colfax | Viola | Bovill | Orofino

Impulse Giving Program

Just let your Co-op cashier know that you want to "impulsively" give to Backyard Harvest. Small amounts, big amounts . . . they will all add up!

Of course, we would also be thrilled with a tax-deductible on-line donation to help support our efforts. Just click on the link below or send a check to Backyard Harvest | PO Box 9783 | Moscow, ID 83843
